Speaker Pelosi - As the first woman to take control of the gavel you broke a lot of barriers, but women in Congress, the Senate, in state governments and in corporate America are still struggling to make it to the top and through the maze of male-dominated management structures.
What is your advice to young women who are beginning their careers? What lessons did you learn along the way that you wish you knew when you were first starting out?

When are you and the members of Congress going to Reform Election Bills?
I think each Presidential Candidate along with all other Political Candidates should have equal amounts of money available. No one person, within the campaign for the same office, should have more than the other. Naturally, the Presidential runners, should have more funds available. This process could prove to be fair for each Candidate, and for us, the voters. They should be free to spend the money as they see fit for their campaign. This structure could be easily implemented with one major Fund. What do you think?

Why on earth is this perfectly innocuous and normal question being voted down? A question like: "What is your advice to young women who are beginning their careers?"
Do the "netroots" have some sort of problem with misogyny? Wait, no need to answer that.
