As you are well aware, approval ratings for the 110th Congress are abysmally low, even lower than that of our President.

After receiving a mandate from the American people in the 2006 elections, why do you feel the ratings are so low for our Democratically controlled Congress? Do you feel that the Congress has accomplished what the people had hoped for when voting in 2006? Please explain.
