When will Joe Lieberman lose his committee appointments?

Lieberman has become an embarrassment to the Democratic Party. He is actively campaigning for the Republican candidate. When will he be removed from his committee appointments by the Democratic Senate?

    Sorry, but this can't happen. The committee appointments are controlled by a Senate Organizing Resolution passed at the beginning of the Congress. Trying to strip Senator Lieberman of his appointments would require a new organizing resolution which could be filibustered easily, AND which Lieberman and the Republicans would all likely vote against, leaving a 50-50 split.

    Lieberman won't lose his Committee appointments until next congress.
