The approval rating for this 110th Congress is so bad because of the decisions made by the Democratic Party leadership (Pelosi/Hoyer/Reid). It's too bad because there are some brilliant and hard working members of the House and a few in the Senate who all look like failures because of the decisions made by the members of the Democratic Party leadership.

Judging from the ample use of the "socialist boogeyman" sprinkled liberally (heh) in your commentary on this site, I question your motives in asking this question. I believe you just want the current administration to walk away scott-free from the mess they've created.

In response to policks....I have read and reread my post. I can not seem to find anything that resembles "socialist boogeymen" as you put it. Maybe you are just feeling as though you are being subjected to a socialist government? The approval rating of congress is even lower now than when I posted the first time. All of the inaction will cause it to dip even lower. I posted a non-partisan comment and as I would have expected some people are offended. Maybe we should all rethink how we voted in 2006. There was not mandate as some have put it, and with all the inaction nothing is getting accomplished. We as voters should all call out Representatives and Senators and complain. Something has to be done.

By the way by the looks of the rating to the left more agree with me than not.
