Despite every single study showing that abstinence-only sex education is ineffective (if not counterproductive) and that the vast majority of funding goes to organizations closely aligned with extreme elements of the Republican Party, can you explain to us why there is a single penny of taxpayer money going to these programs with the Democratic Party in control of both the House and Senate?

And, with all due respects, how many $billions are going to similarly wasteful programs?
