George Bush has made "Executive Power" look like "dictatorship". When the Dems won control of the Senate, although by a small margin, I rejoiced that a process of investigation into corruption would begin immediately and with great persistence. The corruption I speak of includes, but is not limited to: The ignoring of the warnings from the CIA that the infomant used to justify the invasion of Irag was a lier and had been discredited, the systematic and un warranted firings on non-conservative Attorneys working for the Attorney General, the blatant violation of the FISA Courts rules, the Valarie Plame leak, the use of torture, the denial of justice for the all Americans with regards to capturing Osama Bin Laden, the careless mismanagement of a budget surplus resulting in the biggest deficit this country has ever seen. Why have the dems caved? Where's the bravery?
