House of Representatives?

The members of the House(Congressmen and Women) are elected by their Districts. A large number of these spend an inordinate amount of time traveling the country and the world, Some act as if they are members of the Executive branch of government in their questions and statements;particularly to foreign Heads of States or their representatives. This undermines the Executive Branch and takes the representative away from their constituents as well as being in their seats for the important business of the House. You are the selected Leader of the current ruling Democrats in the House. Isn't there a way to insure that the men and women of this House either be present in their seats or be in their Districts that elected them talking with the people that put them there?

    I think the number of days that the House actually sits in session would be a positive thing for the American public to know. It is more important that they stay in session, working on bills than to take junkets around the world.

    We really need both the House and the Senate to spend the American peoples more frugally as every one of us seems to have to do just to make ends meet. We need your dedication to us and our best welfare.

    I've been reading some Matt Taibbi books ( also writes for the Rolling Stone. ) Currently reading the Great Derangement (an investigative work) in which he is enabled to see congress in action, first hand with all the warts, etc. One problem that sticks with me is that congress has done its real work through its Rules Committe late at night, when no press is around, in a drab little room away from press and public scrutiny. They only pass bills that please the powers in control of politics. The rest of the congress gets these tombs to evaluate with next to no time for reading or assessment. So, who is in charge of the government? Not me... or you... or anyone else untethered with scads of money. When or if they fix THAT scam we'll all feel alot better. I hope.
