I realize your point but we must tell our government what we the CITIZEN's want to allow. Not some business with private interests or some official getting money from someone to vote their way. The problems are owned by the people and as Americians we owe it to the world to give them "our learned input" to the problem. Well it is not citizens ruining the enviorment is it? Mother nature is simple defending here children, we need to 'fix what is broken' before it become unfixable. As we progress [USA all the way] we must find a way to be heard by all on "solutions for our country" and possible the world. Like converting Sea water into a secondary water source. And WHO gets that money for the OIL prices problem? A large portion goes overseas. We as Americian Citizens should never all foreign countries to have such a "rope around our necks" but what does out Government do but add a TAX on to that insults us. What are we doing to get that rope off our necks? WAR no that was not for OIL was it? Isn't a terrorist anyone who puts fear into the hearts and lives of America?
