  Passage of Funding Bill for the military in Afgan

  I heard on the news that the Senate has passed the bill to fund the war on terror and has passed it to the House for a vote. Part of the bill was to keep the pictures of military and civilian personnel using other interrrogation methods from being made public. I understand that you are not sure wheather to support passage of the measure, although you previously stated that you did not want the pictures made public in the interest of the US), with that provision added. Pass it, and do it quickly. We have seen enough of this BS of bowing to demands of the Terrorists.

  WHY WON'T YOU SUPPORT AND CO-SPONSOR HR676

  A local congressman, who was elected in 2006, said he would co-sponsor HR676 once elected.. After going to Washington he changed his mind saying he was talked out of it by Nancy Pelosi.. She supposedly told him this country didn't need another entitlement..Maybe Mrs. Pelosi also feels this country doesn't need Medicare or Social Security either.. Both of these are "entitlements"..Over 18,000 Americans die every year because ...more »

  Now that the House Judiciary Committe's held Karl Rove in contempt, are you going to allow a floor vote? If not, why not? Hundreds of thousands of people have signed -- and are still signing -- petitions protesting Rove's abuses, including the persecution of a Democratic governor.
