The only documented information we have about his time in prison comes from the Russians and the Vietnamese, who agree with each other, but substantially contradict McCain's version. There is no way to verify the results of election results when electronic equipment is used to count the votes. Any computerized tabulation can easily be manipulated to influence the results of any race or issue. Even paper vote scanning machines can be tampered to skew the true will of the people. Most of us have some notion of how Congress passes a bill, and we fully well know that as Speaker you have many means at your disposal to shape those bills or stop them completely. Every bill that's come to the floor has at least your tacit approval. Therefore, we hold you fully responsible for all of those bills, including money spent to fund the war (after the American people all but demanded that you put an end to it).
We aren't joking when we tell you that we want you to stop passing bills that favor the Republicans, the Bush Administration, large corporations and sometimes foreign governments over the interests of the United States.
Will you promise that in the waning days of the Bush Administration that you will use all your powers of office to stop any bill that favors large money interests, the White House, or our Republican friends over the American people?
And, will you specifically refrain from bringing up any more bills, like S. 2248 (the FISA amendment bill) that are intended to be divisive among Democrats until after a new (Obama) administration takes office in January next year?

How do you feel about limiting or eliminating the role of Unpledged/Super Delegates in future Presidential nomination processes? I am especially concerned about those delegates who have no constituency, and thus were chosen by an insider process with little transparency to the general public.
The Supreme Court, in Buckley v. Valeo, ruled that money is a form of speech and is due the same protections. Since that decision (1976), money has been more and more a determining factor in our elections.
Would you support a constitutional amendment to overturn Buckley, or do you have other proposals to reduce the influence of money in politics?
Is there any bill now pending that would force electronic voting machines to produce a paper trail, and/or otherwise protect the integrity of elections. If so, when will it come to vote? If not, why not?
Why shouldn't the netroots (and others) "Primary" you in 2010?
The 2006 Congressional election gave you and the Democrats in the House a mandate: among other things, to withdraw from Irak. Yet you did nothing to enable any policy toward that goal. Your voice was lost almost inexistent in the political arena of the last 2 years If any of us in the Corporate America will fail at work the way you did, we would have very hard time to keep our jobs. Are you planning to step down?
