Why haven't you investigated this? Bush's entire excuse for spying on Americans was that he was trying to protect us from the terrorists who attacked us. But the spying started well before that and you don't seem to care about that fact!

What possible reason would the neo-cons (with the assistance of the telecoms) have had for spying on Americans in violation of the law prior to 9-11?
The Neo-Cons are adamant about bombing Iran before they leave office. Why have you pulled language from the Iraq spending bill that would have required President Bush to get authorization from Congress before he could bomb Iran?

It has been written over and over again that AIPAC lobbied you to pull that out and that they are intent on pushing the US into war with Iran for the benefit of Israel. Surely you don't trust George W. Bush to have powers to wage another "war of choice" do you?

I can tell you her response. It will be her standard talking point: we wanted to get the people's business done, and not divide Washington more than it already is.

This is her political talking point and she repeats it over and over whenever asked. She won't address accountability, oversight, or her responsibility to the American people to ensure that the Executive Branch doesn't violate the law.

The ONLY reason that I can rationalize is that she's complicit - that she was aware of the lawbreaking, authorized it, and now needs to cover up for the Administration in order to cover up for her own complicity.
