Have the Capitol Police frogmarch the little bastard right in the Capitol building in full view of all the world and lock up in the basement until a waterboard can be procured for his hearing. Then call in C-span during his testimony under oath (and only under oath) to show us all the method that is "not torture." Executive priviledge THAT asshole.
I would not be surprised if Speaker Pelosi were trying to shield Rove. Something about the White House has scared her enough to immobilize her and make her a pretty ineffectual leader. I wonder what?
