Who Gave You the Right to Alter the Constitution?

With all due respect, your statement that "impeachment is off the table" is a flagrant violation of our Constitution and your oath of office. No one, not even the Speaker of the House, has the authority to take any part of the Constitution off the table. No one.
How much damage have you done to the our nation and to the standing of Congress by your action? What will you do to help repair this damage? In light of the fully documented illegal actions by Bush and Cheney, how do you continue to justify your violation of the Constitution and your oath of office?
