Can female leaders be elected to office without completely subscribing to male paradigms?
Speaker Pelosi - you are a great example of a woman who has found a place on the political stage without totally sacrificing your femininity to get there. How can future female leaders find power in their femininity and use it to sell their leadership qualities and accomplishments instead of aligning with traditional male branding, rhetoric and political paradigms?
